1. Digital Product Agreement

By purchasing any digital product, online course, video, PDF, written material, or consultation offered by CNP-Outdoors, you acknowledge that you are purchasing digital educational content delivered electronically.

All digital sales are final. No refunds, returns, exchanges, or chargebacks will be issued once access to digital content is delivered.

2. Digital License & Usage Restrictions

Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license to access and view the purchased content for personal use only.

You may NOT:
- Share, distribute, resell, sublicense, or transfer access to any content
- Upload course materials to social media, websites, cloud storage, or forums
- Screen-record, copy, duplicate, or reproduce videos or PDFs
- Allow any other individual to access purchased content

Unauthorized sharing or distribution will result in immediate termination of access and may result in legal action.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content included in the CNP-Outdoors Coyote Hunting Master Class — including but not limited to videos, PDFs, course outlines, assignments, written materials, branding, logos, and trademarks — is the exclusive intellectual property of CNP-Outdoors and Kyle Pfeifer.

All rights are reserved.

4. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

Coyote hunting, predator hunting, firearms use, night hunting, land access, and outdoor activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to serious injury, property damage, legal consequences, or death.

By purchasing and using this content, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with these activities and accept full responsibility for your actions. You agree to comply with all local, state, and federal laws.

CNP-Outdoors and Kyle Pfeifer are not responsible or liable for injuries, accidents, firearms misuse, equipment failure, legal violations, property damage, or loss of animals or property.

5. No Guarantees or Professional Advice

This course does not guarantee harvest success, shot placement accuracy, equipment performance, or land access permission.

Results vary based on skill level, experience, location, conditions, and legal regulations.

Any optional one-on-one consultations are educational discussions only, do not constitute professional advice, and are non-refundable once scheduled.

8. No Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of these products, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances once access is delivered.

9. Acceptance of Terms
